You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

Open-source components

The OSDF specification, reference implementation, and SDKs are provided under their respective open-source licenses. Those licenses govern your use of those components and take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Managed service commitments, where applicable, are described in your service agreement.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in a written agreement. Verification establishes integrity and provenance - it does not guarantee the truthfulness of a document's contents.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSDF Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
